I rarely comment on the internet about anything, but having been around a long time and worked with many websites in varied levels of retail, I can attest that the Faso website is not complex - it is efficient, caters to the needs of the artist, and has a great support staff. Along with consistent zoom calls to keep everyone updated, there is a myriad of marketing information that is spot on and relevant to the artist wishing to gain exposure and/or sell product. Faso is the best thing out there for artists. There is responsibility to the artist to use the tools and not expect to have the work done by the staff. I know if I used the tools more consistently myself I would join the group of better selling artists. I have never felt that I had to adjust my site to conform to the FASO program and have benefited more from what is available than what the cost requires.

I highly recommend FASO. I joined at the end of 2019. I have found it easy to update. I have sales via the site, but I could also so more marketing to increase that. But it also gives more viability to people who buy from me in person. I also use the site to promote my classes and workshops. Their newsletter is easy to use and I consistently have a 50%+ open rate (I did narrow down my subscribers to my true followers when I transferred to FASO). I greatly appreciate what Clint and his team have done for artists and his continued support to the human artists via AI. Kathy

Very true. One thing I have found difficult with FASO, is that it is quite complex. (I know I started with the most difficult part -- transferring my website from Squarespace to FASO, for which Angela and her team did a great job.). My decisions are in the details of what is next. I know you want to adjust my site to work better with your marketing program and that's good, but I still have some writing to go on the site and some research to do, and I need to know what to expect in terms of targets, cost, pricing, etc. In essence, I need to get started for free so we need to have a focused discussion, beginning on the 27th.

Looking forward it!

Leni

We have recently launched a new UI and are still refining it in an attempt to better organize all the options. It is complex to an extent though we think the main functions an artist needs are simpler with FASO than other websites.
