Your Art Is a Bridge Worth Protecting
Spring sale ends midnight June 16th.
Until then, you can get your first year on FASO for only $150 - a 52% savings off the normal price of $312/year.
But this offer is about more than saving money.
It is about moving your art to a home base built to protect what matters most: the bridge between your work and the people it is meant to reach.
Because art is a bridge that guides souls back to themselves.
That is why your art matters.
Let me illustrate with a short story.
When Dante was nine years old, he first encountered the girl who would become his Muse: Beatrice Portinari. During his lifetime, they exchanged only the smallest courtesies. And yet that one glimpse of beauty awakened something in him that shaped everything he became.
Out of that moment came poems, devotion, longing, wonder - and eventually The Divine Comedy, one of the greatest works of art humanity has ever created.
For Dante, Beatrice became more than a girl. She became Beauty made visible. She became the doorway through which the invisible entered his life. She became the bridge through which he glimpsed Divine Beauty.
There is an old legend from World War II that, as the German army retreated from Florence, they destroyed the bridges over the Arno River one by one - until only the Ponte Vecchio remained.
According to the legend, the German officer ordered to destroy it refused, saying, “This is the bridge where Dante met Beatrice. I cannot possibly destroy it.”
Historically, the story is probably not quite true. But Florence still tells it anyway. And that matters.
Because myth, through art, can carry a deeper truth than facts alone can hold.
And that truth is this:
Art protects what force would otherwise erase.
Art is the language of the soul. Art transmits love through form. Art carries something invisible inside the artist and gives it visible form so another human being can feel it too.
Art itself is the bridge the soul can cross to Divine Beauty.
And today, that bridge is under threat - not from bombs, but from distraction, noise, commodification, ugliness, algorithms, and a culture that increasingly treats beauty as optional and creativity as “content.”
That is why your art matters. And it is why your artist website matters.
Your website is not merely a portfolio. It is not merely a sales tool. It is not just a place to upload images.
Your website is part of the bridge between your studio, your vision, and the people your work is meant to reach.
It is a place where someone can slow down, look carefully, understand who you are, follow your work, inquire, collect, and return.
Look, we know setting up or switching websites is a pain. And we can help you with that process should you choose to work with us.
But in this day and age, you need your own home base.
And you need it with a company that cares about human artists.
A company with actual artists who support you and with whom you can talk.
A company that actually promotes its artists.
A company that believes your work is more than “content” for hostile algorithms.
Frankly, that company is us.
We sometimes say that FASO stands For Artful Souls Online.
And because we believe this bridge is worth protecting, we’ve made it easier for you to begin.
Our spring sale ends Tuesday, June 16th at Midnight.
Until then, you can get your first year on FASO for only $150.
Just sign up for a trial account by clicking the button below, then activate your account within the first 15 days of your trial. But you must start your trial today to get the sale price.
Choose the works that best represent who you are as an artist right now and upload those first. Don’t worry if they’re not the newest or the most expensive. Choose the pieces that best say: “This is the work I am here to make. And this is the work only I can make.”
That is where the bridge begins.
That is how we protect what force would erase.
Creatively,
Clint Watson
FASO Founder and Art Fanatic
P.S. Our spring sale ends June 16. We built FASO because art is not content. It is not inventory. It is not a commodity first. Art is a bridge of love from one human soul to another - and we believe that bridge is worth protecting. I invite you to join us.
