Well, written and truthful. However, there is a little danger here…. Of coming to the conclusion that there must be strife or danger in order for creativity to manifest …..and I do not believe this is the case, (although one can make an argument that throughout history, there has been strife and danger). It reminds me of the common and pervasive cultural belief that all artists are tortured individuals with some psychological disorder. This has not been born out by research.
Thank you! You are right - we must not look for adversity intentionally to manifest creativity. There are enough limitations already. It’s simply in recognizing our “frame” and transcending it.
