Wow! That really resonated with me Debra, and made so much sense. Sometimes preaching to the choir is needed. I already knew this concept but the way you delivered it really hit home and has me realizing I can do much better. This article was good for me right now as I am at a crossroads in marketing. Just quit a show that was all western which I am not. Now moving forward to where I should be. Just a hard time but to evaluate what is best has been good. Thank you

Thank you so much for this article! We just moved my mom in with us. She has undiagnosed dementia. Everyone has been telling me to make sure I take care of myself and I’m going to do my utmost to be aware of my bandwidth, especially to create and to focus on quality. And it’s okay.
